Kaikoura is a unique combination of ocean and mountains offering stunning coastal alpine scenery and a host of activities including whale watching, dolphin and seal swimming, walks, a winery and cave tours.

Queenstown's reputation as the adventure capital of the world is well earned, you can choose to join in or just watch the massive selection of breathtaking activities on offer.  Earth, water or air - there is something to test and thrill every adventure seeker.  For those not looking for the ultimate adrenaline rush this region also offers relaxation at its best with historical gold mining villages, museums and river walks.

Accommodation in New Zealand

A stay here will be truly memorable, reminiscent of a elegant 19th century English country house.  You will be treated to sumptuous guest accommodation, mouth-watering cuisine and fine New Zealand wines and will receive unobtrusive personal service and friendly hosting.   As a guest at the lodge, you have exclusive access to the 2,400 acre estate with 10kms of direct river frontage, may walk over the extensive rolling farmland and explore the amazing natural wonders of the private nature reserve on a 4WD 'safari'. 
Built in 1866 the lodge is exclusive to just 10 quests who have use f the tow living rooms with open fires, an extensive library, shady verandas and sunny courtyards, an all weather tennis court, badminton and lawn croquet.

Blanket Bay sits against a backdrop of rugged high country, beautiful mountains, glacier fed rivers and ancient beech forests.  It is at the northern head of Lake Wakatipu and bordered on two sides by national parks.  Accommodation is provided in five intimate lodge rooms, three generous lodge suites in the main lodge and four superb chalet suites all filled with sumptuous furnishings.  Natural materials are showcased throughout, echoing the Lodge's natural interaction with the environment.  All rooms within the lodge are places to take full advantage of the magnificent lake and mountain vistas.
The food is described as a contemporary display of fresh vibrant fare that excites the palate and there are a variety of activities available in the area, from heli-skiing to a leisurely stroll.
