Luxor, once the capital of ancient Egypt, lies on the banks
of the River Nile. On the east bank are the temples of Luxor
and Karnak, whilst on the west bank, in the Valley of the Kings and
Queens are the burial tombs of the Pharaohs and their wives. |

The Red Sea area of Egypt can be a great combination of
relaxing on beaches, diving, playing golf or visiting the local
