The China of today attracts the visitor seeking a new holiday experience with holidays to suit every taste, whether its culture, scenery or adventure. You can follow the Silk Road, sail down the Yangtzi River, even snow ski or just enjoy a tropical getaway on a white sandy beach.

Visit the historical city of Guangzhou which has served as a gateway to China for hundreds of years;  Beijing where you will find some of China's most stunning sights: the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven Park, the Lama Temple and the Great Wall, an amazing piece of construction  that is visible from the moon;  Shanghai and its booming energy; Xian, once a major crossroads on the trading routes from eastern China to central Asia, today its the Army of Terracotta Warriors that attracts the visitors. Uncovered in 1974, figures of soldiers, archers and chariots stand in battle formation; and the mighty Yangtze, the longest river in China and renowned for its picturesque three Gorges.

China's mighty cities, undisturbed villages and pristine wilderness offer unique opportunities to explore, its a destination for those looking for something a little bit different, whether you only have a few days and a couple of weeks.

6 nights / 7 days Day 1  -  Hong Kong
Upon arrival in Hong Kong transfer to your hotel  and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2 & 3  -  Hong Kong
The days can be spent at leisure or you can take an optional tour of Hong Kong Island or a harbour cruise.

Day 4  -  Beijing
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Beijing where our representative will meet you and accompany you to your hotel.

Day 5  -  Beijing
Today is a full day tour which includes the Great Wall of China and the 7 km. 'spirit way' that leads you through a triumphal arch and passes a guard of 12 sets of stone animals on the way to the Ming Tombs where 13 of the 16 Ming Emperors are buried.

Day 6  -  Beijing
The day starts with a visit to the Forbidden City, this is followed by the Summer Palace, Tiananmen Square - built in 1420 and still the world's largest public square, and a Hutong Tour.  The 'Hutong' or 'lanes and paths' in Mongolian, are fascinating old city streets where you can loose yourself for an afternoon.

Day 7  -  Hong Kong - Bahrain
After breakfast you will taken to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong and onwards to Bahrain

Day 1  -  Hong Kong
Arrive in Hong Kong and transfer to your hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 2 & 3  -  Hong Kong
The days can be spent at leisure or you can take an optional tour of Hong Kong Island or a harbour cruise.

Day 4  -  Beijing
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Beijing where our representative will meet you and accompany you to your hotel.

Day 5  -  Beijing
After breakfast visit the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and Tiananmen Square which, built in 1420 remains the world's biggest public square.  Before dinner you will see an acrobatic performance.

Day 6  -  Beijing
Today is a day long excursion to one of the wonders of the world: the Great Wall of China.  On the way back, you journey along the Sacred Way, a one-kilometre avenue of huge sculptured animals that leads to one of the Ming Tombs.  In the evening enjoy a special Beijing Duck Dinner.

Day 7  -  Beijing - Xian
In the morning visit the Temple of Heaven, a masterpiece of 15th century architecture before transferring to the airport for your flight to Xian.  On arrival in Xian you will be met and taken to your hotel.

Day 8  -  Xian
A full day tour will take you to Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum and the 6000 strong Terracotta Army, the Ban Po Neolithic Museum and the Big Goose Pagoda.  In the evening enjoy a Tang Dynasty Dinner Show.

Day 9  -  Xian - Shanghai
Visit the Grand Mosque, the Shaanxi Provincial Museum and City Wall before transferring to the airport for your flight to Shanghai where you will be met and taken to your hotel.

Day 10  -  Shanghai
Today's full day tour will start with a drive along the Bund, a historic tree-lined promenade along the Huangpu River, this will be followed by a visit to the classical Yuyuan Garden in the heart of the old city and the Jade Buddha Temple.

Day 11  -  Shanghai - Hong Kong - Bahrain
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Hong Kong and then to Bahrain.
